Over And Out.
Interestingly, I'm still surviving from today's events.
We did the performance today. Yeap, so there was Jesse McCartney's Beautiful Soul up first. The teachers wanted it cause they thought it'd be good entertainment for the other teachers. Seriously, from where the teachers were sitting - in the upper court, surrounded by pillars and walls - I don't think you can hear much. Plus the microphone was damn screwed! Haha, so I realise that it's ok, God just likes to make every situation to be.
I bet everyone was noticing my screwed hairstyle. Ah, another situation God placed.
So we did Relient K's Be My Escape! And wohoh, the song rocked cause after that 10 people straight asked me for the mp3. I know, I know, I'm Relient K's representative in our school...wahahaha.. but Be My Escape is a seriously a more-than-average song. It's even over Relient K's normal standard.
I guess the song went pretty well. Ryan did well too, haha.. I always told him he could sing la, but he's eternally acting-humble... finally he gave today a shot. I thought Finch wasn't a good band to try, they could've done Terminal, or Fall Out Boy, those bands are better and he would sound more professional. And the sec 5s are just nuts la... they have the balls for anything. It's funny how some people would crave for so much attention they shove everyone else aside, like what the sec 5s do... they just screwed the other bands during the auditions.
Humans all have different extremities. Their's is music + attention. Interesting combination. Usually bands don't really want to perform, like Relient K, they didn't start out begging to go into big gigs.. they got dragged in somehow. Usually you perform in cafes and then you get invitations for shows.
Tomorrow's THE Day. We're celebrating three birthdays in one. Hmm...I think I'm going out too much, to the extent that I'm not studying. Fine, I shall bring my notes out this time when I go out. Before Mr Conscious bugs me again.
